I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciated the historic charm, and enjoyed the access to Fremont Street's vibrant atmosphere. The room had a few cleanliness issues and the service could have been more attentive, particularly at check-out. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are areas that really need improvement, especially concerning the customer service and room maintenance.
